The Planning and Development Dept. for the City of Little Rock located at 723 W. Markham St,, Little Rock, AR 72201, is needing the following services: Demolition and hauling off of debris, grading, site concrete work, and construction of a Bus/ Weather Shelter at their location. Q And A Close 10/19/2024 12:30:00 AM Goal A. The City of Little Rock Planning Department is seeking the demolition of an existing storage building currently owned by the City of Little Rock, grading, demolition, forming and pouring of a new sidewalk entry way to be ADA compliant, and to provide employees a shelter space. 1. Demo and dispose of existing structure; asbestos does not exist. Concrete slab left in place. a. Building size is approximately 150 square feet. 2. Sawcut, demo, and dispose of existing out of compliance concrete sidewalk a. There are two sections of sidewalk: i The first section runs north to south is 26' in length from the bridge tie to the asphalt tie and 7' wide. ii iii The second section runs east to west is 12' in length and 6' in width. Current thickness is estimated to be 4" thick. 3. Disposing about 5-10 tons of debris from demolitions. 4. Supply and erect shelter on existing concrete slab. 5. Form and pour new sidewalk at entry way to bridge to be ADA compliant 6. Specifications, Drawings, Concept and requirements are outlined in Attachment B and Attachment C.
