Little Rock Water Reclamation Authority (LRWRA) is inviting vendors to respond to a Request for Proposal (RFP) for lawn maintenance at our Clearwater Administration Building (CAB) and the Little Maumelle Water Reclamation Facility (LMWRF). If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the LRWRA Procurement Department at Procurement@lrwra.com. The LRWRA Procurement Department, as the issuing office, is the sole point of contact throughout this procurement process. Vendor's questions regarding this solicitation should be made through the LRWRA buyer listed for this solicitation. A. Vendors may submit written questions requesting clarification of information contained in this solicitation or questions resulting from the on-site visit. 1. Written questions should be submitted by 4:00 p.m., Central Time Tuesday, September 24, 2024. Submit written questions by email to the LRWRA buyer as shown on page one (1) of this solicitation. 2. For each question submitted, vendor should reference the specific solicitation item number to which the question refers. 3. Vendors' written questions will be consolidated and responded to by LRWRA. LRWRA's consolidated written response is anticipated to be posted to the LRWRA website by the close of business on October 2, 2024. ***Prebid meeting: General Information The site visit will last approximately two (2) hours. Vendors shall be responsible for transportation to and from field application site(s). Vendor representative must adhere to all requirements as may be expressly required in the solicitation documents and/or by LRWRA personnel during the site visit. LRWRA shall have the right to determine a vendor as non-responsible and to a reject a response submitted by a vendor whose representative did not adhere to the requirements. Vendor representatives are strongly encouraged to review this solicitation in its entirety, including all attachments and addenda, if applicable, prior to arriving for the site visit. In case of inclement weather, the site visit may be rescheduled. LRWRA will contract registered vendors to advise of any changes. Registration to attend the site tour is not required, however it is highly recommended that vendors register to allow time for LRWRA to make necessary arrangements. No more than two (2) representatives for each vendor may attend the site visit. If necessary, LRWRA may limit the number of representatives to one (1) per vendor.
