The Town encourages bids from Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUB). It is the Contractor's responsibility to ensure that their bids are actually received by the Town by the deadline. The Town of Huntersville Board of Commissioners ("Town Board") reserves the right to reject any and all bids for any reason, at any time, and to waive minor informalities. The Town of Huntersville will receive formal bids for the 2025 Resurfacing Project until 2:00pm on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at the Huntersville Town Center, 105 Gilead Rd, 3rd floor Conference Room 302, Huntersville, NC 28070. Alternatively, bids can be mailed to Town of Huntersville Public Works PO Box 664, Huntersville, NC 28070. The bid opening and evaluation shall be open to the public. Notification of the apparent low bidder will be emailed to all bidders. The Town of Huntersville is committed to providing opportunities for small and disadvantaged businesses.
