American Flag Sewer Access Project . The Snyderville Basin Water Reclamation District (the District) requests General Contractor (Contractor) pre-qualification documents for construction of the American Flag Sewer Access Project. The following describes the requirements for pre-qualification of contractors for the project. The submittal requirements for the pre-qualification documents are also included. Questions Due Date: Sep 30th 2024, 4:00 PM MDT Questions: All prequalification questions shall be directed to Kevin Berkley, PE, District Engineer at (435) 214-5236 or kberkley@sbwrd.org. The project consists of the installation of approximately 2,150 linear feet of unpaved maintenance access roadways. Project location is in the Deer Valley area of Park City (American Flag Subdivision). The contractor will be responsible for obtaining all necessary permits. Traffic control, erosion control, storm water pollution prevention, fugitive dust control, testing, and site security will be the responsibility of the Contractor. Question Deadline 10/09/2024 at 3:00 PM MT All prequalification questions shall be directed to Kevin Berkley, PE, District Engineer at (435) 214-5236 or kberkley@sbwrd.org. Answers to questions will be posted on State of Utah's Courtesy Posting Service no later than October 11, 2024
