Completed plans call for the demolition of a swimming pool; for the construction of a swimming pool; for the renovation of a swimming pool; for site work for a swimming pool; and fitness / recreation center.

PCMC is inviting bids from qualified persons or firms ("Respondents") to provide construction of new pools, hot tub, support facilities, and building renovations to the Park City Municipal Athletic and Recreation Center ("MARC"). PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Demo of existing pools and building of a new recreational water facility with a 4,500-sf lap pool, a 4,600-sf recreation pool, spa/hot tub, and a 1,250-sf mechanical room and lifeguard station addition, and other mechanical alterations. PROJECT DEADLINE (if applicable): Phase 1 deadline is December 15, 2025. It is the City's intent that the work may begin in March 2025, pending award by the City Council, Notice to Proceed, receipt of permits, and a signed contract with the City. It is the responsibility of Respondents to regularly check for addenda. All addenda will be posted electronically.
