Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Park City, Utah. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Park City Municipal Corporation ("PCMC") is accepting bids for the 10th Street Retaining Wall Reconstruction. The work includes the removal of the existing stairway that has bowed, all the work involved with shoring the cut that was stabilized by the failing stacked rock wall (including removal of asphalt and curb sections of 10th Street), removal of the stack rock wall and the wood guardrail, installation of new reinforced concrete wall and foundation drain line, connection of said foundation drain line to the existing storm drain line in 10th Street, installation of guardrail, and rebuilding the stairway. Minor site preparation/earthwork and landscape restoration may be required. Questions Due Date: Feb 5th 2025, 12:00 PM MST Questions submitted via online portal.
