PROJECT LOCATION: 1400 Sullivan Road, Park City, UT 84060 PROJECT DESCRIPTION (brief): Provide construction management and general contractor services for the construction of the proposed Park City Community Center, a new single-story building of approximately 15,000 square feet that will replace the existing Park Recreation Building located at City Park in Park City, UT. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing through the U3P website by 5:00 p.m. MST on Monday, March 3, 2025. Please, do not submit the same question multiple times. PROJECT DEADLINE: Phase 1 (Pre-Construction Services): anticipated duration of 5 months from February 2025 to August 2025. Phase 2 (Construction Services): Anticipated duration of 15 months from August 2025 to October 2026. OWNER CONTACT: Matt Twombly, mtwombly@parkcity.org Proposals will remain valid for 90 days after submission. PCMC reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received for any reason. Furthermore, PCMC reserves the right to change dates or deadlines related to this RFP. PCMC also reserves the right to waive any informality or technicality in proposals received when in the best interest of PCMC.
