It is the intent of this "RFP" is to secure a qualified and professional Tank Maintenance Service Provider to perform the duties as outlined in the attached proposal documents found in Section 3 of this "RFP". Last Day for Questions: Email questions to purchasing@danvilleva.gov by no later than September 30, 2024 at 5:00 PM. The award will be made to the proposal conforming to the RFP and will be most advantageous to the City. Price, Technical recommendation and other factors considered such as delivery time, quality, operating and maintenance cost, service, resale value, etc The City reserves the right to reject any or all offers and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in offers received. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time
