Combined Synopsis Solicitation - 36C78625Q50018 - Grounds' Maintenance Services at Danville National Cemetery -- S208 The Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and supplies necessary to provide grounds' maintenance services for Danville National Cemetery. This is a hybrid contract with a Service Contract Act (SCA) wage determination and also a Davis Bacon Act (DBA) wage determination. Contract Line Items that should be priced using Davis Bacon Act wages are identified as such on the Price Schedule, and all other Contract Line Items should be priced using the SCA wage determination. This will be a IDIQ contract with a base and four (4) option years, if exercised. See attached Combined Synopsis Solicitation for full details. All questions regarding this solicitation are to be submitted to the Contract Specialist, via email, no later than 12:00 pm EST, Friday, November 15, 2024. No questions will be accepted after this time. Questions pertaining to this announcement shall be sent by email to: sarah.poole1@va.gov. Telephone inquiries will not be accepted. Amendments will be issued to answer all questions that are submitted.
