Site work and paving for a road / highway in Danville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

Asphalt concrete pavement planing and resurfacing of eastbound and westbound lanes of Memorial Drive including crossovers, turn lanes, and connections from Poplar Street to Main Street (approximately 0.5 mile) as shown on the Plans and as directed by the Engineer. Work includes replacement of pavement markings as shown on the Plans. Work shall include all required traffic control, cooperation and coordination with other contractors, and other incidental work as may be required. Contract Time Limits: Substantial Completion by October 31, 2025. Final completion by December 31, 2025. Bid security (bid bond, certified check, or cash escrow) equal to at least 5% of the bid amount is required with bid. Performance and payment bonds each in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price will be required. The City shall have the right to reject any or all Bids. A Bid not accompanied by the required bid security or other data required by the Bidding Documents, or a Bid which is in any way incomplete or irregular is subject to rejection.
