Reference Number 0000279513 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/21 03:00:00 PM EDT The Contractor shall perform the required Inspections of the GTAAs fire alarm and life safety systems throughout the buildings at Toronto Pearson International Airport and perform minor non-proprietary repairs at the sole discretion of the GTAA. The GTAA has specific Notifier and Johnson Controls fire alarm and fire alarm monitoring systems providing detection protection to our Terminal 3 and Groundside/Airside Support Facilities throughout Toronto Pearson International Airport which include: A-Terminal 1 Facilities - Johnson Controls Fire Alarm Systems Terminal 1 Main Building - 4100 ES T1 TrueSite Fire Alarm Monitoring Network B - Terminal 3 Facilities -Johnson Controls Fire Alarm Systems T3 Main Building - 4100U Network T3 Satellite Building - 4100U Network T3 Parking Garage - 4100U Network T3 TrueSite Fire Alarm Monitoring Network C-Airside/Groundside Facilities - Notifier Systems & Network Approximately 40 Buildings & Facilities with Notifier Systems. Campus Onyx Works Fire Alarm Monitoring Network The GTAA may increase/decrease, add/remove Airside/Groundside Facilities locations at is sole discretion. In, addition, the GTAA also has wet, dry, glycol, preaction and deluge sprinkler systems; standpipe and hose systems; plus, electric & diesel fire pumps providing suppression protection to our Terminal buildings and airport support facilities throughout Toronto Pearson International Airport. Many airport buildings & facilities are continually being upgraded, renovated and expanded. As these buildings get revised, the GTAA requires factory trained & certified fire alarm technicians and licensed sprinkler fitters to integrate the corresponding required system alterations of our existing life safety systems.
