Successful bidders shall supply, deliver and pick up, when requested, Lumber, Plywood and Lumber Alternatives to City of Seattle departments. A detailed list of products that may be purchased is included on the Bid Form. This list includes various dimensions and types of lumber (e.g., Douglas Fir, Cedar, Red Oak) and panel products (e.g., CDX, ACX, MDO, HDO, Birch, Marine, Melamine, Drywall, Hardboard). The City may also buy other products such as recycled lumber and related products and miscellaneous products (putty, caulk, screws, etc.). Bid Price: Bidders will provide a discount rate off manufacturer list price for each category (lumber and panel products). Bid prices shall include and cover all duties, handling and transportation charges and all charges incidental to the requested work excluding sales tax or use tax. Freight and delivery cost within Seattle are to be included in the bid price. Deadline For Questions: October 31, 2024, 5:00pm
