It is the intention of Ypsilanti Township to execute a two (2) year contract for calendar years 2025 and 2026. Ypsilanti Township may terminate Contractor within 48 hours' notice if Contract fails or refuses to perform services as described in this Request for Quotation. Rejection of Quotation The award will be made to that responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation, will be most advantageous to Ypsilanti Township, price and other factors considered. The Board of Trustees for the Charter Township of Ypsilanti reserves the right to reject any and all responses to this Request for Quotation, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotations received. Contractor must be duly licensed in accordance with all Federal, State and local laws governing the sidewalk repair business. B.
