Reference Number : 0000364597 This document sets forth the general specifications, requirements and responsibilities for a Sidewalk Replacement Contractor in providing Sidewalk Replacement services for the Charter Township of Ypsilanti in Ypsilanti, Michigan. Questions regarding this Request for Quotations should be directed to Ypsilanti Township Clerk Heather Jarrell Roe at 734-544-4000 or hjarrellroe@ypsitownship.org by Friday October 18, 2024. It is the intention of Ypsilanti Township to execute a two (2) year contract for calendar years 2025 and 2026. Ypsilanti Township may terminate Contractor within 48 hours' notice if Contract fails or refuses to perform services as described in this Request for Quotation. Rejection of Quotation The award will be made to that responsible vendor whose quotation, conforming to this Request for Quotation, will be most advantageous to Ypsilanti Township, price and other factors considered. The Board of Trustees for the Charter Township of Ypsilanti reserves the right to reject any and all responses to this Request for Quotation, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in quotations received.
