And the Removal and Disposal of the Existing System at the Fayette County Courthouse, Courtroom. Please Detail Any Additional Services Needed for the Installation and Removal Listed, and Include These Costs in Your Lump Sum Bid. Note: Commencement of Physical Work on This Project Shall Take Place as Weather is Conducive to Removal of the Exiting Hvac System Without the Requirement of Heat. The Parties to Whom Contracts Are Awarded Will Be Required to Execute the Agreement and Obtain the Required Performance Bonds and Labor and Materials Payment Bonds Within Ten (10) Calendar Days From the Date of Notice of Award These Parties Are Also Responsible for Any Required Permits.
