Renovation of a municipal facility in Fayetteville, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The Fayette County Commission invites qualified contractors to submit sealed bids for the Historic Fayette County Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Building Porch Restoration Fayetteville, West Virginia. The work of this project consists of the following Lump Sum contract: o Remove existing deck coating system and prep deck for new coating. o Rout and caulk all cracks using a high-grade polyurethane caulking. o Install a 45-degree cant on all junctures where deck meets masonry walls or pillars using a high-grade polyurethane caulking. o Cut out and patch all areas of deteriorated concrete decking using a high-grade cementitious masonry patch. (Allow up 40SF) o Install a new high-performance non-slip deck coating. o Provide all labor, materials and equipment needed to complete our proposed work.
