Remove all loose debris, liter, trash, refuse, overgrowth, etc. from lot area. 5. Dispose of all debris and materials in an environmentally safe and acceptable manner, including but not limited to asbestos abatement. Contractor shall maintain records and provide proof for disposal of materials by providing weigh receipts and names of disposal sites. 6.
