New HVAC System at the Fayette County Courthouse, Courtroom. The Work of This Project Consists of the Following Lump Sum Contract: Installation of a New Mechanical System: 10-ton, 3 Phase, Commercial Roof Ac Unit; 10-ton Air Handler. And the Removal and Disposal of the Existing System at the Fayette County Courthouse, Courtroom. Please Detail Any Additional Services Needed for the Installation and Removal Listed, and Include These Costs in Your Lump Sum Bid. Note: Commencement of Physical Work on This Project Shall Take Place as Weather is Conducive to Removal of the Exiting Hvac System Without the Requirement of Heat. The Parties to Whom Contracts Are Awarded Will Be Required to Execute the Agreement and Obtain the Required Performance Bonds and Labor and Materials Payment Bonds Within Ten (10) Calendar Days From the Date of Notice of Award These Parties Are Also Responsible for Any Required Permits. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Informality or to Reject Any and All Bids in Whole or in Part. Any Bid May Be Withdrawn Prior to the Above Scheduled Time for the Opening of Bids or Authorized Postponement Thereof. Any Bid Received After the Time and Date Specified Will Not Be Considered.
