Site work for a water / sewer project in Basin City, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project includes installation of 133 water service meters, 1 water master meter, and water system modifications to facilitate existing water main line abandonment. The selected contractor shall provide all necessary labor, equipment, transportation, supervision, materials and incidentals to complete the work. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum basis. This project is funded through the Washington State Department of Commerce Public Works Board (PWB) program with state funds. Contractors must meet PWB requirements and provisions. The contractor license(s) must be in effect at the specified time of bid submittal. All contractors must be licensed in the state of Washington to conduct business. All work performed on the project will be subject to the Washington State Prevailing Wage Rates. Basin City Water-Sewer District is an Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer. Small, Minority and Woman-owned firms are encouraged to submit bids. Basin City Water-Sewer District shall have the right to reject any or all bids and/or award a contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for an amount within available funding limits.
