The Salina Airport Authority (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Project 80 Industrial Park Development The Project includes the following Work: Work includes furnishing all the labor, materials, and equipment for constructing approximately 30,978 cubic yards of unclassified excavation; 32,437 cubic yards of embankment; 3,127 linear feet of curb and gutter; 6,501 square yards of 9" portland cement concrete pavement (NRDJ); 1,887 square yards of 4" concrete sidewalk; 15 storm sewer structures; 3,294 linear feet of storm pipe; 3,644 linear feet of 12-inch sewer line; 3,901 linear feet of 12-inch waterline; and all associated valves; hydrants; connections to system; existing pipeline abandonment; permanent signage; clearing and grubbing; construction staking; erosion control; and all other incidental and appurtenant work required to complete the improvements as shown and specified. Information and Bidding Documents for the Project will be sent to Prospective Bidders and can also be found by contacting the Issuing Office. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be issued directly by the Issuing Office. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Prospective Bidders may obtain or examine the Bidding Documents at the Issuing Office on Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 AM to 5 PM and may obtain copies of the Bidding Documents from the Issuing Office as described below.
