Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in South Bloomfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

for the construction, furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment under a unit price contract for the following: The Recreational Trail project located in Village of South Bloomfield, Pickaway County, Ohio in accordance with the bid documents. The project shall consist of construction of a paved 11' wide path as shown on the plans along Corine Drive and connection to the Park. The Engineers construction cost estimate for constructing the project is $347,000. Proposals must be submitted on the forms supplied and according to the instructions with the Bid Package. Each bidder is required to furnish with its proposal a Bid Guaranty in accordance with Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code. The bidder may supply for the Bid Guaranty One Hundred Percent (100%) of the total amount of the bid; or the bidder may supply a Certified Check, a Cashier's Check, or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit for Ten Percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Bid security furnished in Bond form, shall be issued by a Surety Company or Corporation licensed in the State of Ohio to provide said surety. The Village of South Bloomfield requires all work to be completed on this project by June 1, 2025. Each proposal must contain the full name of the party or parties submitting the proposal and all persons interested therein.Each bidder may be required to submit evidence of its experiences on projects of similar size and complexity. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will, to the extent practicable, use Ohio Products, materials,services, and labor in the implementation of their project. Additionally, contractor compliance with the equal employment opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governor's Executive Order 84-9 shall be required. Bidders must comply with the prevailing wage rates on Public Improvements in Pickaway County, Ohio as determined by the Ohio Department of Industrial Relations. This Legal Notice complies with section 307.87 Ohio Revised Code. The Village of South Bloomfield reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and or all bids.
