Site work and addition to a water / sewer project in South Bloomfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for the addition of a water / sewer project.
The Engineers construction cost estimate for the bid is $1,500,000. Sealed bids will be received for the construction, furnishing of all materials, labor, and equipment under a Lump Sum price contract for the 2024 (updated 2026) Village of South Bloomfield Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Flow Equalization Improvements in Pickaway County, Ohio. The project consists of the addition of a Flow Equalization Tank to the existing Wastewater Treatment Plant. Bids must be submitted on the supplied forms and according to the instructions in the Bid Package. Each bidder is required to furnish a Bid Guaranty as specified, and all work must be completed by December 31, 2026. Bidders must include the full name of all parties involved and may be required to submit evidence of experience with similarly sized and complex projects. Contractors and subcontractors must use Ohio products, materials, services, and labor where practicable, and comply with equal employment opportunity requirements and prevailing wage rates. The Village reserves the right to waive irregularities and reject any or all bids.
