Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in South Bloomfield, Ohio. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The Project includes the following Work: Widening existing road and installing curb and gutter for 0.33 miles along US 23 (Walnut Street) between SR 316 East (Ashville Road) and SR 316 West (North Street). Storm sewer will be replaced along US 23 with storm sewer improvements extending west 800 feet along 2nd Street. Resurfacing through intermediate course will be included with this project. Signal modifications include unlashing and relashing existing span wire, signal head upgrades, and traffic signal controller modifications. The Bid must be accompanied by Bid Guaranty and Contract Bond for the full amount of the Bid or Bid security made payable to OWNER in an amount of 10% of the Bidder's maximum Bid price. CONTRACTOR shall pay wages to each laborer and mechanic at a rate not less than the minimum wages specified in the current wage determination as published by the State of Ohio Department of Commerce. The Work is being funded by loan and grant funding from the Ohio Public Works Commission and local funds. OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any technicality, and to accept any Bid which it deems advantageous. All Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for 60 days after the time set for receiving Bids. Contract award shall be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible Bidder.
