Demolition, site work, paving, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Dover, Delaware. Completed plans call for the addition of a municipal facility; for the demolition of a municipal facility; for the renovation of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project scope of work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a an approx. 700 square foot addition on the southwest corner of the existing Supreme Court Building at 55 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. The new addition shall be connected to the existing Chambers room and includes a new Chambers room with two (2) new ADA toilet rooms. The existing sidewalk adjacent to the Supreme Court be altered. The existing Chambers room will be converted to an open office for clerks and an ADA ramp will be added to access the Justice level. A kitchenette and gown wardrobes will also be added to the Justice area level. Interior renovations and new work including new wood doors and frames, acoustic ceilings, metal stud and gypsum board partitions, casework, painting, and new floor finishes. Existing HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, and Electrical services currently serving these spaces will need to be modified in order to suite the new space program and the addition. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid security equivalent to ten percent of the bid amount and all additive alternates. The successful bidder must post a performance bond and payment bond in a sum equal to 100 percent of the contract price upon execution of the contract. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities therein. Additional documents including plans are available from the owner.
