The City of Phoenix is seeking qualified contractors to do business on an on-call basis to provide the removal and replacement of non-ADA compliant curb ramps as well as deteriorated or damaged concrete curb, gutter, valley gutters, aprons, sidewalk, and the installation of new ADA compliant curb ramps at various locations throughout the City of Phoenix. Up to four contractors may be selected for this Job Order Contract based on the City's workload. A Small Business Enterprise goal of 5.5% has been established for this project. At this meeting, City staff will discuss the scope of work, general project requirements, and respond to questions from the attendees. It is strongly recommended that interested firms attend the pre-submittal meeting. Inquiries regarding the project scope outside of this presubmittal meeting must be directed to the Contracts Specialist.
