Project No: ST851701 16-1 SCOPE OF WORK The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified contractor to provide construction services for 19 free-standing shade structures in the public right-of-way to improve walkability in neighborhoods with limited shade coverage. This project will utilize federal funds and is subject to the requirements of Federal Regulations under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) program. The City of Phoenix is proposing the fabrication and installation of 19 shade structures within Public ROW serving pedestrians near crosswalks.
