A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Phoenix is seeking a qualified consultant to provide Engineering services for the Scenario 9 Transmission Main Rehabilitation project. Services will include assessment, design and possible construction administration and inspection. The transmission main is located on Roeser Road from 4th Street to 9th Street. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time. The City of Phoenix reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, to waive any informality or irregularity in any Statement of Qualifications received, and to be the sole judge of the merits of the respective Statements of Qualifications received.
