Renovation of a conference / convention center in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a conference / convention center.
Door and Hardware Replacments - Oshkosh Convention Center M/WBE's are encouraged to participate in the bid process. Scope of Work: Bidder will provide all labor, materials, equipment and related work specified within this Invitation for Bid to include: REPLACING DOOR HARDWARE: o For 14 doors (7 pair) at entrances 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7 & 8. o Converting 7 pair of DORMA concealed vertical rod (CVR) hardware to VON DUPRIN surface vertical rod (SVR) hardware. o Remove and dispose of old hardware. o All existing pulls and cylinders will be reused. o Bar stock to mount new strikes. REPLACING 4 DOORS AND HARDWARE: o For 2 sets of doors on east end of skwalk. o Remove and dispose of the four doors and old hardware. o New doors will be prefinished white maple and narrow window o Supply 3/16" thick ceramic glass in new doors with veneered wood trim. Ensure these new fire doors meet IBC code limited to 100 sq. inches for glass size. o Provide new VON DUPRIN surface vertical rod (SVR) hardware, continuous hinges, surface closers, protection plates for new doors. o Reinstall current panic bar guards onto new doors.
