Renovation of a mixed-use development in Oshkosh, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
In general, the work consists of the renovation, repairs, and restoration of exterior envelopes of the Oviatt House on the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh campus. Restoration work includes the roof replacement, limited window restorations, masonry repairs, and rebuilding the south exterior stair. The MEP Subcontractor scope of work is identical to the General Prime Contractor scope of work included in these bidding and contract documents. By submitting and signing a bid, all bidders have examined all of the Bidding Documents listed in the Table of Contents of the project specifications. The successful bidders will be required to do all work which is shown on the drawings, mentioned in the specifications, or reasonably implied as necessary to complete the division of work bid for this project.
