Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Raleigh, North Carolina. Design plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project aims to improve the chilled water efficiency of online to the chilled water loop in the Downtown Government Complex. The primary focus is to replace chilled water coils in air handling units across various buildings to improve the chilled water temperature differential (Delta T). The project involves removing existing chilled water coils, installing new coils, and addressing associated piping, valves and controls. Design services are needed to assess existing conditions, develop replacement strategies, and ensure seamless integration with the current chilled water loop infrastructure, including coordination with existing heat exchangers.
