Reference Number 0000279666 Question Acceptance Deadline 2024/10/18 03:00:00 PM CST The Scope of Work consists of the following: Supply of three (3) battery monitoring systems that meet the below requirements. These three (3) battery monitoring systems will be installed at SaskPower stations in the Regina, Saskatchewan area. General A.1. Overview A.1.1. This battery monitoring & supervision system will communicate applicable battery measurement values to SaskPower SCADA. A.1.2. In addition to the below requirements, the system shall comply with all applicable Federal, Provincial, and local laws, codes, and regulations. A.1.3. In the event of any conflict among standards, codes, or these requirements, SaskPower shall be consulted for a written resolution. A.2. NERC PRC-005 Requirements A.2.1. System shall meet all NERC PRC-005-6 requirements summarized in tables 1-4 (a) thru (e). A.3. NERC TPL-001-5 Requirements A.3.1. System shall meet all NERC TPL-001-5 requirements. A.3.2. System shall provide individual alarm outputs to SaskPower SCADA for open circuit and low voltage. A.4. NERC CIP Requirements A.4.1. System shall meet all applicable NERC CIP regulatory requirements, such as those concerning the traffic of data within SaskPower or external stakeholders. A.5. Measurement and Performance Data A.5.1. The following battery measurement points shall be made available via communications to a SaskPower RTU. A.5.1.1. Current on float A.5.1.2. Cell voltage A.5.1.3. Internal impedance A.5.1.4. Intercell impedance A.5.1.5. Specific gravity A.5.1.6. Fluid level A.5.1.7.
