This work includes replacement of the irrigation system at Cedarcrest Golf Course at 6810 84th St NE, Marysville, Washington, in addition to replacement of pump equipment, complete reconstruction of the existing pumphouse roof structure, dredging of 0.75 acre reservoir including dewatering and spreading of material, expansion of 7 tee boxes and associated site work. All work must be completed in accordance with the Contract Documents and the Contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The City of Marysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding.
