Site work and paving for a civil project in Marysville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The work shall include furnishing and installing; a new infiltration trench with perforated pipe and pre settling structure, connection to the existing storm system, required asphalt patching, site restoration and all associated work as shown on the Plans and specified herein for a complete and workable system. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount. The City of Marysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. No bidder may withdraw its bid after the hour set for the opening thereof or before award of contract, unless said award is delayed for a period of forty five (45) days. The City further reserves the right to make the bid award as deemed in the best interest of the City.
