Site work and paving for a road / highway in Marysville, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
This project involves inter- section improvements at 53rd Avenue NE & 61st Street NE. Improvements include a new traffic signal system, channelization improvements to provide new turn lanes and bike lanes, and ADA improvements, all in accordance with the attached Contract Plans, these Contract Provisions, and the Standard Specifications. The City of Marysville will respond to one round of bidder questions at least 5 working days before the bid opening. Only questions received at least 7 working days in advance of the bid opening will be responded to prior to the opening of bids. A goal of 14% has been established for Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) participation. The City of Marysville reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any irregularities or informalities in the bid or in the bidding. Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check, cashiers check, or bid bond (with an authorized surety company as surety) made payable to the City of Marysville in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the bid amount.
