The Work Locations Are: in the Beausejour-birds Hill Area as Outlined in the Table in This Tender. Completion Model the Contractor Shall Be Assessed Liquidated Damages in Accordance With the Specification for Liquidated Damages - Completion Specified by Completion Date. Liquidated Damages a Liquidated Damage of Fifteen Hundred ($1,500.00) Dollars Per Calendar Day Will Be Assessed to the Contractor for Snowplowing That Has Not Been Completed Within 48 Hours Following Notification From the Contract Administrator (Ca). Liquidated Damages Shall Continue to Be Assessed Daily Until the Assigned Project is Complete.
