Summary: The Agency often needs professional architectural and/or engineering assistance for discrete, projects such as investigations, studies, reports, design of small projects, and related services. The intent of this RFP is to contract with one A/E that will agree to be available to provide these services in a timely manner, thereby reducing the Agency's cost and time for advertising and developing numerous RFPs, and generally to increase the Agency's efficiency in obtaining professional services.
