The Town of Front Royal, Virginia, is soliciting written quotes for firm pricing for various grades of standard "patch" asphalt material for use on secondary streets and collector/local streets not requiring VDOT grade material hauled by Town of Front Royal. TERM OF CONTRACT The selected Contractor(s) shall enter into a standard Town of Front Royal Contract for Services for a period of one (1) year, with the option of four (4) one-year renewals on the anniversary date, if agreed to by both parties, for a maximum total contract period of five (5) years, in accordance with the enclosed scope of services and terms. .
