Site work, new construction, renovation and addition to a mixed-use development in Guntersville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the addition of a 84-bed detention facility; for site work for a water / sewer project; for the construction of a 164-bed detention facility; for the renovation of a detention facility; and detention facility.

The Project consists of the construction of a new 164-bed addition to the existing Marshall County Sheriff's Administration Building and Jail. The Addition includes sally port, booking area, medical unit, dormitories, new cell blocks, and covered recreation area.The facility also contains new support facilities for laundry, inmate property storage, food service, and classrooms as well as administrative functions for the jail for offices, training and future needs. An alternate is included for additional cellblocks for an additional 84 beds. Limited site work, site utility work, and selective demolition are included in the project. In addition, some additional painting and finish work is required in the existing building. Performance and Statutory Labor and Material Payment Bonds in the amount of 100% of the Contract Price will be required at the signing of the Contract.
