construction of the NCRWTP Raw Water Feedline Rehab Phase 1 and 2 Project located in Collier County, Florida The undersigned further agrees to substantially complete all work covered by this Bid within two hundred and forty (240) consecutive calendar days for Phase 1, computed by excluding the commencement date and including the last day of such period, and to be fully completed to the point of final acceptance by the Owner within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the date the Punch List is delivered to the Contractor, computed by excluding commencement date and including the last day of such period. The undersigned further agrees to substantially complete all work covered by this Bid within three hundred (300) consecutive calendar days for Phase 2, computed by excluding the commencement date and including the last day of such period, and to be fully completed to the point of final acceptance by the Owner within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the date the Punch List is delivered to the Contractor, computed by excluding commencement date and including the last day of such period.
