As requested by the Road, Bridge, and Stormwater Division (hereinafter, the "Division or Department"), the Collier County Board of County Commissioners Procurement Services Division (hereinafter, "County") has issued this Invitation to Bid (hereinafter, "ITB") with the intent of obtaining bid submittals from interested and qualified vendors in accordance with the terms, conditions and specifications stated or attached. The vendor, at a minimum, must achieve the requirements of the Specifications or Scope of Work stated. The results of this solicitation may be used by other County departments once awarded according to the Board of County Commissioners Procurement Ordinance. Historically, County departments have spent approximately the following each fiscal year ("FY") (FY starts on October 1st and ends on September 30th): FY21 (partial year: June 2021 - September 2021) = $243,244.29; FY22 = $365,175.73; FY23 = $1,009,620.10; and FY24 = $816,720.67. These expenditures may not be indicative of future buying patterns. Collier County reserves its right in any solicitation to accept or reject any or all bids, proposals or offers; to waive minor irregularities and technicalities; or to request resubmission. Also, Collier County reserves the right to accept all or any part of any bid, proposal, or offer, and to increase or decrease quantities to meet the additional or reduced requirements of Collier County. Collier County reserves its right to cancel, extend or modify any or all bids, proposals or offers; to award to one or more vendors; to award all or part of a solicitation; and to award by individual line items when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the County. Collier County reserves its right to reject any sole response. The contract term, if an award(s) is/are made is intended to be for three (3) years with two (2) one (1) year renewal option. Any work valued at two hundred thousand ($200,000) or greater requires public performance and payment bonds in the full amount of the project costs.
