Site work and renovation of a mixed-use development in Naples, Florida. Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and for the renovation of a playground / park / athletic field.
FY 2024/25: Total estimate of $50,000 to include: installation of shade structure behind activity building to provide shade for the summer camps and daily users. This request shall be funded through the CRA CIP funds. FY2025/26: Park/Building Improvements FY2026/27: Total estimate of $750,000 to include: Replacement of playground As of September 20, 2024, this project is included in the city's 2025-2029 Capital Improvement Program (CIP) *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
