Renovation of a swimming pool in Naples, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Sun and Fun Lazy River Main Drain Renovation Project The Successful Bidder shall be required to finally complete all Work within one hundred fifty (150) calendar days from and after the Commencement Date specified in the Notice to Proceed. The final completion days includes substantial completion days of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days, with an additional thirty (30) calendar days to final completion. Should Contractor fail to achieve Substantial Completion within the number of calendar days established herein, Owner shall be entitled to assess, as liquidated damages, but not as a penalty, Four hundred sixty-one dollars ($461.00) for each calendar day thereafter until Substantial Completion is achieved. Unless otherwise specified, work will be limited to the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday. The Owner reserves the right to reject all Bids or any Bid not conforming to the intent and purpose of the Bidding Documents, and to postpone the award of the contract for a period of time which, however, shall not extend beyond one hundred eighty (180) days from the bid opening date without the consent of the Successful Bidder Question deadline: 11/1/24 at 5:00 PM
