Site work for a road / highway in Arlington Heights, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway.

Work includes the labor, production/fabrication and erection/installation for two new dimensional signs in Downtown Arlington Heights. In addition, there is electrical work for accent lighting. All proposals or bids offered must be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total bid in the form of a certified check, bid bond or cashier's check made payable to the Village of Arlington Heights. No bids shall be considered unless accompanied by such security. The Village of Arlington Heights reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive informalities in bidding and to accept the proposal deemed by the Board of Trustees to be the most favorable to the interests of the Village. Bidder's questions will be responded to at that time only. It is suggested, but not required, that any questions regarding the bid documents be submitted to the project contact, Derek Mach, prior to the PreBid Conference in order to allow the Village sufficient time to adequately research and prepare a response for the conference. Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to fabricate and install fully operational and finished signs. Installation will occur in the winter/spring of 2025
