Site work for a water / sewer project in Martinsville, Virginia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists of segments of sewer rehabilitation and replacement along the Doe Run Park, Smith Lake Road and Martinsville Industrial Park existing sanitary sewers. The principal features of work to be performed under this contract include the following: 2,130 LF of 8"-18" CIPP rehabilitation, 34 CIPP point repairs, 5,225 LF of 12"-21" PVC/DIP sewer replacement and related manholes, two jack and bores under Norfolk Southern Railroad right-of-way, miscellaneous rehabilitation and improvements to 50 manholes, and related bypass pumping. This project is funded by the Virginia Department of Environmental Quality Clean Water Revolving Loan Fund and therefore is subject to the laws and regulations associated with that program. Question Deadline 10/28/2024 Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
