Bidders Must Have A Valid Digital Id Issued By The Authority In Order To Bid On Projects. Bidders Need To Apply For A Digital Id With Project Bids At Least 14 Days Prior To A Scheduled Bid Opening Date. (Class 1 - General Transit Construction, Valued At $2m) Project Value $2.9m, The Work Shall Consist Of The Construction Of Three Buildings For The Occupancy And Use Of The Mbta Staff At Arborway, Cabot, And Southampton Bus Maintenance Facilities In Boston, Ma. The Building Shall Be Approximately 10 Ft X 36 Ft At Cabot And Southampton, And 12ft X 36ft At Arborway. Construction Of The Buildings Will Be Done In Accordance With Contract Requirements, Mbta Standards, Mbta Directives, Program Requirements Of The Project, Applicable Building Codes, Permitting Requirements Of Both The State Of Massachusetts And The City Of Boston. Utility Connections For Water, Sewer, And Electrical Service Shall Be Provided To Each Booth Building.
