The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority Requests Bid Pro- posals from firms interested in providing Snow Removal services for the Authority's following properties and locations: The Boston Convention & Exhibition Center, 415 Summer Street, Boston, Mass., 02210. The Hynes Convention Center, 900 Boylston Street, Boston, Mass. 02115, and the Boston Common Garage, 0 Charles Street, Boston, Mass. 02116 . The contract with the selected firm will com- mence on or about November 25, 2024, for a term of three snow seasons(subject to cancellation) and may be renewed for two ad- ditional one-year (snow season) terms at the sole discretion of the Authority. The Contractor will be responsible for clearing all snow/ice from all roadways, lots and other areas as directed. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted in writing and must be received not later than 5:00 p.m., October 29, 2024, to bflynn@ massconvention.com From and after the date of this announcement, any firm that con- tacts directly or indirectly any member or employee of the Authority in connection with the selection process or the contract contem- plated herein, other than for the purpose of obtaining a copy of this Bid documents or to submit a written question or request for clarification as prescribed by the Bid Proposal documents, is subject to disqualification
