Remodeling and renovation of a municipal facility in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the remodel of a 16,000-square-foot municipal facility.
The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Remodel and expand the current Thurston County Ballot Processing Center located at 2905 29th Ave SW Tumwater. The current space at the Ballot Processing Center does not meet the current or future space and security needs of the Thurston County Auditors Election Division. The remodel will utilize the entire building and provide approximately 16,000 SQ. feet of space. The existing Ballot Processing Center is operational and occupied so the construction schedule must be done utilizing a phased approach to minimize adverse impact on the tenants and operations.
