Renovation of a mixed-use development in Tumwater, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
ROJECT DESCRIPTION: The project will upgrade the 208V/120V service from the existing Boiler Building to Building B at New Market Skills Center for additional power capacity within the building. Trenching new service from existing equipment location, including demolishing and replacing existing walkways, is required. Replacement panel boards and new panel boards within Building B will be provided to facilitate forty additional demonstration stations for the Cosmetology program and reconfigure the existing Cosmetology classroom. Engineer's estimate is 8425,000. BID SECURITY: A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternai os, if any. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and to reject, any and/or all Bids for any reason and, in particular, to reject a Bid not accompanied by any required bid security or data required by the Bidding Documents or a Bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
