Project No: 0T6.133694 The improvement includes the construction of new Portland Cement Concrete (PCC) sprayground, PCC sidewalks, playground equipment, site furnishings, water service line, water spray features, electrical work, storm sewer, earthwork, and restoration, all in accordance with the contract documents including Plan File No. 665-119/142, located in Jordan Park, 600 E. Wall Avenue, Des Moines, Iowa. This project shall be fully completed not later than October 28, 2025 and in accordance with the Completion Provisions. Engineer's Construction Estimate. $562,500.00 Preletting Conference. None. Each bidder shall accompany its bid with bid security as defined in Section 26.8 of the Iowa Code and as specified by the Jurisdiction. The City of Des Moines (Jurisdiction) reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
