You are invited to review and respond to this Department of State Hospitals (DSH) _Atascadero solicitation. (DSH) - Atascadero is seeking bids for a contractor to perform Automatic Door Operators Maintenance and Repairs. Contractor shall provide all necessary materials, supplies, tools, equipment, transportation, licenses, permits, insurance, prevailing wage, applicable sales tax, shipping and personnel to provide the DSH with Automatic Door Operators Maintenance and Repairs. Contractor shall perform quarterly and annual preventive maintenance and, as needed incidental and emergency door operator service and repairs, on six (6) automatic doors consisting of two (2) slide operation and four (4) swing operation. Deadline for Submission of Questions October 11, 2024 2:00 PM Bidders shall notify the DSH immediately via e-mail at ash.plopsprocurement@dsh.ca.gov if they need clarification about the services being sought or have questions about the IFB instructions or requirements.
